Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how to cancel purchases, exercise statutory rights of withdrawal where they apply, return defective goods, and obtain refunds when you shop with Kryxelonthunshyx (“we”, “us”, “our”) at kryxelonthunshyx.world. It complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

Consumer means an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Trader means we as the seller. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Sweden, unless we notify you otherwise.

3. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and you purchase PureVitanza or other goods through distance communication (for example online), you generally have a 14-calendar-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting the day after you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, send your communication before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form in the appendix below or any clear written statement.

4. Exceptions affecting food supplements

EU consumer law permits certain exceptions to withdrawal when hygiene or health protection requires it. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt if they have been unsealed after delivery, when applicable law recognises such an exception for the product category.

Because food supplements are ingestible products, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened or tampered with, unless the goods are defective or not as described. Keep packaging intact if you wish to withdraw during the cooling-off period.

5. How to notify withdrawal

Email office@kryxelonthunshyx.world with subject “Withdrawal” and include: your full name, delivery address, order number, date of receipt, and whether you want a refund or exchange if an exchange is offered. We confirm receipt without undue delay on business days.

6. Returning goods

After valid withdrawal, send the goods to the returns address we provide by email, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal, unless we offer collection. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we state free returns for your order or local law requires us to pay.

Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging where reasonable. Use outer protective packaging to avoid damage in transit. Obtain proof of posting or tracked service; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, as permitted by law.

7. Refunds

If you validly withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including outbound delivery costs at the least expensive standard rate we offer, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we receive your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise and you incur no fees as a result.

We may make a deduction for diminished value if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods has occurred.

8. Defective or non-conforming goods

Independent of the right of withdrawal, consumers have legal conformity guarantees under national laws. If goods are defective, not as described, or lack promised features, contact us with photos and batch details where available. We will propose remedy in line with applicable law: repair or replacement where feasible, or price reduction or termination of the contract with refund.

Do not dispose of defective goods until we advise, except where safety requires immediate disposal; in that case, document the issue first.

9. Wrong or incomplete shipments

If we send the wrong item or quantity, we arrange correction at our expense, including return labels where applicable. Notify us within a reasonable time after delivery, ideally within seven days, so we can trace the shipment with the carrier.

10. Damaged in transit

Inspect packages on arrival. If outer packaging shows major damage, note it with the carrier when possible and photograph the parcel before opening. Report concealed damage within three days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

11. Business customers

If you purchase as a business, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply. Contractual return windows, if any, will be stated in your commercial agreement or invoice. Defect claims follow the applicable commercial sale rules in Swedish law unless the parties agreed differently in writing within permitted bounds.

12. Refund processing times

After we approve a refund, banks and card schemes typically post credits within 5–10 business days. Cross-border refunds may take longer. If you do not see a credit after ten business days, contact your card issuer with the ARN reference we provide if available.

13. Exchanges

Where we offer exchanges for the same SKU (for example damaged outer box but sealed inner bottle), we describe the process in email instructions. Exchanges remain subject to stock availability.

14. Gift orders

If you received a gift purchased from us, the purchaser may need to initiate returns. We protect purchaser privacy and may require verification consistent with GDPR.

15. Record-keeping

We retain return and refund records for accounting and dispute resolution as described in the Privacy Policy, typically aligned with Swedish bookkeeping rules.

16. Disputes

We aim to resolve complaints amicably. Consumers may invoke mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence where applicable. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights.

17. Changes

We may update this Return Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The effective date at the top indicates the current version.
